    While in the classroom, outstanding students are always focused on organized learning activities with teachers. Excellent students will demonstrate the maximum motivational learning by giving unwavering cooperation and attention. They are not easily influenced by the negative consequences that come from within, not to mention the reverse opinion. Excellent students do not place too many conditions in learning so everything is pleasing to the heart.

    Similarly, when performing group assignments, or joining the study group, outstanding students display a balanced role, which is not very prominent and not just as passengers. They may have a lot of ideas, but be patient with the idea of a group. Excellent students do not try to dominate the discussion, but appear to be credible and just leaders. They come with enough supplies, not empty hands. Hence, the presence of outstanding students in any group-oriented learning activities has always left the impact, rather than gripping on the edge of the bushel, came not to add, to go unmanaged.

    Excellent students have also placed high targets in public exams. The target is not just empty talk, but is proven through optimal strategy and effort. They are not dependent on prediction questions, but are more focused on planning answers that meet the questions. Excellent students use all learning experience in the classroom to comply with all syllabus requirements that form the basis of formulating public exam questions items.

    Excellent students are also synonymous with high discipline practices. They do not mind being called as a schema student with all the rules of the school. While it may seem different from appearance and behavior, excellent students do not feel frustration to get along and communicate with a cyclist, or even a disadvantaged friend. Excellent students will strive to emerge as personal references that can influence more students to be positive in gaining learning experience at school. They do not have to talk about tutoring, but rather with the achievements and behaviors they enjoy.

    Excellent students continue to display consistent features consistently. That is, they always offset the rights of others with the rights of others. They are not aggressive, just to protect themselves, or to be permissive by solely justifying the rights of others. Assertive attitude means self-assertion. With an assertive attitude, outstanding students are always able to defend their stand, but at the same time respect different opinions.

    In conclusion, outstanding students have a high degree of academic quality, co-curriculum, discipline and personality. They conform to the characteristics of first-class human capital called the direction of the nation's education. They are the nation's hope of putting the country's competitiveness on the international stage. Excellent students do not think that they are perfect, but always try to make improvements.
